KUALA LUMPUR - Air quality in Serian and Kuching, Sarawak is still at hazardous levels as of 4pm today.According to the Malaysian Air Pollutant Index Management System (APIMS) website, the monitoring station at the Serian district police headquarters (IPD) recorded an Air Pollutant Index (API) reading of 514 while Kuching recorded a reading of 313.Two other areas in Sarawak are at very unhealthy l
